When you start, you are the high genral you tell/ask your friends in your club to do smoething for you( like sharpen pencils and ect.) then you can give them a circle.There are ranks and circles you start out at green and you have to get 20 circles and you go to red 21 circles and you go to blue 22 black, 23 gold, 24 rainbow, 50 general when all members reach general you pick one to take your place as high general. You can also bet circles by playing rock paper scissors.
